J. Richard Moore Jr. went to Nova University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1990 where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and is a graduate of The Bolles School. Mr. Moore was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1990. In 2009, Mr. Moore obtained a jury verdict in excess of $2.7 million for a client who was severely injured in an automobile accident. He has also settled multiple accident claims for clients, each in excess of $1 million and is credited with the reported case, Nieves v. Camacho Clothes, Inc., 645 So.2d 507. In May 2002, Mr. Moore obtained a verdict in excess of $900,000 for a client injured in an automobile accident. His areas of practice include Civil Trial, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Commercial Litigation.
