With over 40 years in civil trial law. J. Richard Moore, Sr. is of counsel to the firm. He was born in Calhoun, Ga. in 1934. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is a former partner in the following firms: Mathews, Osborne, and Ehrlich; Corrigan, Werber, and Moore; Corrigan and Moore; Ulmer, Murchison, Ashbey, Taylor, and Corrigan; and J. Richard Moore, P.A. Mr. Moore has several reported cases including: Purolator Chemical Corporation v. Wynn Oil Company, 403 F.Supp. 226; Rubin v. Brutis Corporation, 487 So.2d 360; Wharfside Two, Ltd. v. W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc., 545 So.2d 1348. Throughout his career, he has participated in over 350 jury trials including what was then the largest verdict in the State of Florida, $19 million. Along with practicing General Law, he specializes in Civil, Trial, Appellate Law, Admiralty Law, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Wrongful Death.
