J. Richard Moore, Jr. was born in Jacksonville, Fla. in 1964. After graduating from The Bolles School in Jacksonville, he attended the University of Florida where in 1987 he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He later went to Nova University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1990 where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Moore was admitted to the Florida bar in 1990. He is accredited with the reported case, Nieves v. Camacho Clothes, Inc., 645 So.2d 507. In May 2002, Mr. Moore obtained a verdict in excess of $900,000 for a client injured in an automobile accident. His areas of practice include Civil Trial, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Commercial Litigation.
