David P. Dearing was born in 1965 and raised in Jacksonville, Fla. He graduated from The Bolles School in Jacksonville, then attended Furman University where in 1987 he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He attended Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where he served as Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. He received his law degree in 1991. After being admitted to the bar in 1991, Mr. Dearing began practicing law in Jacksonville. He served as Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth and Eighth Judicial Courts for four years. His practice areas include Workers Compensation, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Products Liability.
